My name is T.J. Parker and I have been in the market for a new car for a LONG time. I am a college student and was trying to find a car I liked for the right price and for good gas mileage. I came in on 7/15/10 and met with Kissy, who was extremely friendly, very helpful, and good at selling cars and working with the customers. She deserves a promotion! I bought a 2006 Pontiac G6 for a price PERFECT for me! Kissy did everything to make sure the car was in pristine condition for me to drive and made my time at McGrath great! I should've came here in the first place. On a scale of 1-5 on my experience here, it was definitely a 5!!! Thanks again for everything and working with me. more

Nick our sales associate and Erin never pressured us daring our negotiation process, however, he worked out a great deal for us. Mcgrath Hyundai your the best!!! 8/12/2010

I am very happy with my purchases of a Kia Rio5 from McGrath Hyundai. Kissy was a great sales rep. She took my concerns and cares and found a car just my fit. It also fit my budget and will help me build my credit for the future. On a scale from one to five, she was a five. I almost forgot about the general sales manager Jody. He was awesome. He found me something that my family will enjoy for a while. Thanks Mcgrath Hyundai your the best!!! more

Bought a car Tuesday night, and I came in late due to work and not \r realizing what a long process it would be...it's my first!!! Even \r though everyone from my salesman to the cashier was stuck there until \r almost midnight for my cheap little certified accent, they were very \r friendly, helpful and patient. My debit card wouldn't work after all \r that, but I was graciously given until yesterday, and then was \r assisted over the phone to make that down payment.\r \r I originally spoke to Leo when I called in to inquire, and he was very \r helpful and informative. However because he was with a client when I \r arrived that evening, Antonio assisted me. He too was friendly and \r helpful and he listened to my scattered thoughts about what I wanted, \r even though I wasn't really sure myself. I never felt pressured, \r belittled or any of the other negative stereotypical things I expected \r for my first time at a car dealorship.\r \r Overall it was a great experience and I will absolutely tell everyone \r I know about McGrath and the people who work there. And best of all I \r love my first car!\r \r Your new loyal customer,\r D.G. more

excellent service 7/8/2010

I wanted to thank you for your excellent service. My husband and I both work full time and we are constantly on the run. We didn't realize the restaurant across the street wasn't open that early. We went back to the McGrath dealership and asked them if they knew of any restaurants open that we could go have breakfast at. The guy, Marlex, was really nice. Mc Grath is the worst!! 12/10/2009

I received a manufacture's recall for my Hyundai, so I called Service Dept. at Mc Grath on Grand Ave. and they gave me the wrong apointment (for HONDA) so when I came in they said the soonest available apointment was a month later. They service guy 'Jim' was rude and seemed not to care about my concerns, and told me it would take at least 3 days to get my car fixed ( and they would not pay for a rental vehicle) In addition, when I asked about a Headlight bulb that was burned they tried to charge me a diagnosis fee of $118. I walked out of there and called another dealership...they were able to look at my car the very next day, free of charge. I will never go back to Mc Grath, and I would not recomend it to anyone!!! Service Dept. Almost Ruined My Car 8/21/2009

0 stars for the service department. I have a lot of complaints about McGrath City Honda, but I'll start with the most serious, and dangerous problem. I take my '04 Civic to Mcgrath for all my service needs, including oil changes... Today I popped the hood to top off my windshield wiper fluid and NOTICED THE OIL CAP WAS OFF!!! lodged between some cables the way a mechanic would do it while changing the oil. It had presumably been this way since the last time I got my oil changed weeks ago. My car was nearly out of oil, and the underside of the hood was covered in splattered oil. I consider myself very lucky that I haven't blown the engine in the weeks since the brain-trust in the service department at McGrath made this HUGE AND DANGEROUS mistake. I'll never take my car to McGrath again, and I suggest nobody else does either. They are slow, expensive and careless. Ben Cons: careless service department more
