I received a manufacture's recall for my Hyundai, so I called Service Dept. at Mc Grath on Grand Ave. and they gave me the wrong apointment (for HONDA) so when I came in they said the soonest available apointment was a month later. They service guy 'Jim' was rude and seemed not to care about my concerns, and told me it would take at least 3 days to get my car fixed ( and they would not pay for a rental vehicle) In addition, when I asked about a Headlight bulb that was burned they tried to charge me a diagnosis fee of $118. I walked out of there and called another dealership...they were able to look at my car the very next day, free of charge.
I will never go back to Mc Grath, and I would not recomend it to anyone!!!
