This is the second Lexus I have purchased from McGrath.....and for the past 10 years have been extremely satisfied with everything from the service to the financing. Greg Luzinski in sales made sure that I was totally pleased with my vehicle and did everything in his power to make the experience first rate! Jimmy Tran found the best deal for my financing (beating all of the bank rates in the area!). Dean Bustami in service has always been ready to help me out w/ servicing my vehicle and has become a friend. From my point of view....you can't beat this dealership! I have never in my car-buying experience met a salesman as considerate and friendly as Fred Cramer. He was very patient and understanding, and he made me feel extremely comfortable. He is very knowledgeable about the products and answered all my questions, even the questions I didn't know to ask. The facility was very nice. I'm looking forward to dealing with him when I purchase my next car. more

All the personnel are always very friendly, and professional. The service is very good and satisfactory. They explained what needs to be done on the car before they start. They also inspect the car for other problems and make recommendations on further repaires or what to look out for along with the expected repaire price. more

I just leased my second new Lexus from McGrath Lexus and am so delighted. Of course I love the 2013 ES350 (as I did the 2010 ES) but have been especially impressed with the assistance from the staff. From the salespeople to the managers to all the technicians. They are great! On both purchase occasions I have been on a very tight time schedule and have been extremely pleased with the high priority treatment given to me. They even managed to fit in the basic how-tos of the car details and operation. I would highly recommend this dealership -- both for their product and their staff. more

I shopped all the Western suburbs for Lexus dealers before purchasing, and I chose McGrath of Westmont because of their professionalism, attention to detail, and a good deal didn't hurt things either. Customer service is very important to me (which is why i'm an Ex-BMW owner), and one of the other dealerships I visited made me feel like I was doing them a favor or in their way. Subsequently I now own a Lexus from McGrath. I recommend them highly! more

McGrath Lexus has a state of the art dealership and service area. The staff is very professional and courteous. My salesman was incredibly knowledgeable about the product. The service department is open on Saturdays, making it convenient to have work performed there. I also take advantage of the free car washes. more

Our experience with Joe Scala has been outstanding 8/8/2011

My wife and I are repeat customers Lexus of Westmont and Joe Scala. Last month, Joe Scala helped us pick out a pre-owned Lexus and sold us our third car. That, in itself, should say a lot. Joe Scala has a great personality, is polite and respectful, knowledgeable and professional. After deciding on the car and reviewing its service history, it took us less than 10 minutes to agree on a price. The whole procedure was stress-free and relaxed. We made arrangements to pick the car up the following day. The car was ready and detailed; signing the paperwork took less than 5 minutes and than Joe set us up with a technician who explained all of the vehicle features and answered all of our questions. We were in and out so smoothly, thanks to Joe Scala. Our experience with Joe Scala has been outstanding and unique and he has followed up with personal phone calls and e-mails concerning our satisfaction with our purchase. During the last 20 years, we have always received warm, friendly and professional service at Lexus of Westmont. more

I always stop in to see Ralph 8/4/2011

Ralph was super on the sale as well as on follow-up. He explained all the features of the car and regularly checks back with me to make sure that if I have any questions or issues, they have been satisfactorily resolved and to offer his assistance. Every visit to the dealership, even for car washes, I always stop in to see Ralph. Also, everyone at the dealership, from the service advisors to the receptionists to anyone I see, everyone is friendly and just all around great. more

Sealership is large and friendly 8/2/2011

I buy a lot of cars for a large extended family and I can honestly say that my experience with McGrath Lexus has been consistently outstanding. Steve Gibson has been my sales guy for over twelve years and seven new cars and I can honestly say that the customer service and the prices he's provided have matched or surpassed what I've found on the web. At the same time, the dealership is so large, friendly, bright and comfortable that I'll occasionally stop by for a free car wash, coffee, and snack just because I'm in the area. And whether I'm actively looking for a new car or just for a car wash, I'm treated as a valued guest, not just as a potential sale. After the experience over the past twelve years I'm sure that if Steve told me he was selling lawn mowers, I'd probably buy one from him. more

I dread buying a vehicle. To me, it is a big hassle and it is not very pleasant. With that said, I very much enjoyed the entire process at McGrath in Westmont. Great selection, great financing and they made me feel like my buisness was apprecated. Everyone was hospitable and professional. When I need to buy another vehicle, you can be certain I'll buy from them again! more
