Always good experience at McGrath Lexus of Westmont. Have been buying cars for decades and this is the Best dealership. McGrath makes me feel Valued as a customer, rare in this day and age. My other car is not a Lexus but soon will be, just because of the dealership. more

Great customer service 11/8/2010

On Saturday October 30th we purchased our first Lexus RX350. We had the priviledge of having Mel Owens as our Lexus sales associate. He was the best car sales person we have ever dealt with when purchasing a new vehicle; this is the first time I didn't feel like I was being challenged by the sales person. He was not only commited to making sure we were 100% satisfied with our Lexus, but he also made sure that the whole process went smoothly. Michael Connery in Financing and Robert Cowden, New Car Delivery were also very helpful and got us through the paperwork without delay. Lexus of Westmont provided us with great customer service and made sure we were taken care of. more

Great experience! My wife's car was in for 30,000 mile service, which is significant both in scope and time required. A loaner car had been reserved, which was ready for pickup, I returned the loaner at the end of the day, and all service items were completed -- for less than the estimated dollar amount. Knowledgeable and pleasant service team. more
