From the moment I walked into Lexus of Westmont, the experience was wonderful. I dealt with Bill Lawson when purchasing my car and he was more than helpful with anything I needed. He gave me an extremely fair price for my car and was patient and kind throughout the whole process. I went there the first time to get a price and when I went back about a week later to purchase my car, he had one cleaned up for me in the back before I came in. When purchasing the car, I worked with Mike Agnello who showed me ALL of my options with warranty's, months of payments, APR %, etc. He was very understanding and helpful with all of my questions and concerns. Alisa Dunlap from McGrath Lexus of Westmont was the consummate professional in every facet of the buying process. She was able to get us the best deal, as well as after-market wheels and delivered the car to us on her day off, because it was more convenient for us. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership, but more importantly Alisa. She is highly sought after and very busy, but she continually checked-in with us to let us know how long she would be before being able to assist us. Tracy and Joe took the time to find the exact vehicle I wanted down to the features, color, miles, etc. Once located, I was in and out quickly...as they were all set with the necessary paperwork. To celebrate my purchase, they treated my family to a wonderful meal at a local Italian restaurant that evening. I enjoy coming in periodically and using the free car wash. Each time I am at the dealership, I am impressed with the level of professionalism of all that work there as well as the beautiful surroundings. McGrath Lexus has a state of the art dealership and service area. The staff is very professional and courteous. My salesman was incredibly knowledgeable about the product. The service department is open on Saturdays, making it convenient to have work performed there. I also take advantage of the free car washes. more

It has been a pleasure working with my Service Advisor, Jason Ellison. I have an RX 300 with almost 140,000 miles, and it rides as well now as it did 10 years ago. Jason is very patient in explaining what service should be performed and why. He also informs me about service that may be deferred to a later time. He follows up with phone calls a day or so afterward to make sure I'm satisfied. Any concerns I have--no matter how small--are always satisfactorily addressed. It's a pleasure to have someone such as Jason to whom I can go with questions, etc. and know full well that I will get an honest answer. I would like to start off by saying my salesperson was absolutely fantastic. He was very kind and very considerate of our time. My husband and I went to purchase a GX470 and decided it was to big. We ended up buying a RX400h and saving money. I cant begin to think about how much we will save on gas. The employees were all great from the greeter all the way to the porters who did a great job detailing the car. Mcgrath Lexus is going to be our place to purchase cars for years to come. I was purchasing a very inexpensive ($10,500) car and Mel treated me as if I was purchasing a $100,000 vehicle. His attention to what I needed in terms of vehicle and price was outstanding and extremely considerate. In fact he sold me a car under what I allocated myself to spend. I purchased my 2008 RX350 from Mcgrath Lexus of Westmont. It was the easiest purchase that I ever had to make. They had the best customer service ever. My salespersons name was Sevan. He treated me great throughout the whole purchase. He still remembers me when I go in and wash my car every week and says hello and offers me bottled water. They have a great service department too. Both Rita & her boss, Kathy went out of their way to assure that we were satisfied!! We've purchased cars in the past, but the the competancy & friendly attitude @ McGrath Lexus in Westmont was far & above the best we've ever experienced! We were with 'Mike' for 2 1/2 hours the night we purchased our new Lexus & he was very helpful & informative as he patiently showed us how to use our new car! :-) We shopped extensively for this, our first 'luxury' vehicle, & we're certain we chose the right one! I will start off by saying McGrath Lexus and my sales person Mel Owens are top notch. Being a woman shopping for a vehicle I have encountered every possible attitude imagineable. Attitudes ranging from not wanting to assist me because my husband wasn't with me to down right rudeness. However, none of this was the case while at Mcgrath lexus and with my sales person Mel Owens. From the moment I was greeted by Mel he made me feel welcomed and seemed genuinely happy I was there at the dealership. He was courteous, extremely knowledgeable(this man knows his stuff), patient and most accomodating in addressing my needs. Throughout the negotiating process he made it easy, painless and was very respectful of my time. Although I truly came just to shop for a vehicle, I ended up purchasing a RX400h which is my dream vehicle, and I am extremely happy now! The staff was friendly and most accomodating and the perks i.e. free car washes for life, free starbucks coffee and tea, free pick up and delivery for service, shoe shines, and the clincher for me free massages on mondays helped me understand the value I was getting in purchasing from McGrath Lexus. I have never in my car-buying experience met a salesman as considerate and friendly as Fred Cramer. He was very patient and understanding, and he made me feel extremely comfortable.
