GOOD RECOVERY 6/27/2012

took my daughter to mpc to officially buy her own first car...got a used car that she was very very dissapointed with after a couple weeks...we went back to the dealership and met mike,,, he actually cared about our concerns and dissapointment with the vehicle and vowed to help us out......HE DID....AND WE COULDN'T BE HAPPIER.... mike was very helpful,,curtious,kind and caring.... my daughter wanted a different vehicle all together ,,,, mike made this happen....he made sure to keep checking on us as we waited for him to get everything settled,,,,he did not just leave us sitting in a corner looking at the wall for hours.....mike and his team were GREAT......they rectified our situation and made sure we were definitely pleased with our purchase... mike made sure we felt at ease during this transition...we feel he TRULY CARES ABOUT HIS CUSTOMERS....if you go to mpc,,,look for mike.....you won't be dissapointed... more

Sales & Service 3/26/2012

I used McDonald's serviced department for a repair of a 8 year old Chevrolet truck multiple times. Due to the quality and integrity of their Service Department, I stated that my next truck purchase would be a GMC purchased at McDonalds. Two years later, I followed up on that statement and purchased a new GMC truck. Sales person (Art Neil) was extremely helpful and displayed the same integrity as the Service Department did two years previously. All elements of purchasing the vehicle was completed seamlessly. Could not have asked for an easier and more trustworthy process. more

Art Neil made our search for a vehicle a breeze. He was kind, extremely helpful and went out of his way to work with our difficult schedule. The process from beginning to end was one of the easiest experiences I have had and am very happy we chose this dealership and were lucky enough to have Art assist us. Thank You very much! Rick Coombs and all the staff at McDonald GMC Cadillac were very friendly, professional, and great to work with. I got a fantastic price on the vehicle I purchased and couldn't be happier with the service and product I received! I would definitely reccommend McDonald GMC Cadillac to all of my family and friends! I drove from 2.5 hours south of Saginaw but it was well worth it. more

I had an excellent sales experience dealing with Chuck Latty at McDonald Pontiac GMC. He was very personable, polite and easy to talk to. Chuck was not pushy or arrogant like some car dealers out there. He was willing to negotiate and do what was right for the customer. Very positive experience!!!!! more

Bad: We have zero dislikes.. Improvements: No improvements required.. Other: We will return after our Lease runs out to purchase another McDonald vehicle for certain. more

Al Wilke--McDonald GMC 2/9/2011

Al Wilke is a car buyer's salesman. I had never met Al until the day I walked into the McDonald's dealership. He talked to me and treated me as if we were old friends. I believe that Al offered me the best deal, incentives, rebates that were available. He answered all of my questions about the vehicle I bought. My wife and I are extremely happy with our new Acadia, the McDonald dealership, and Al Wilke. more

Dealership and Sales Professional that really cares 1/30/2011

I recently purchased my Cadillac SRX from Rod Chefalo at McDonald- I felt very well taken care of and it truly seemed like everyone involved in the sales process wanted to make sure I was comfortable and understood everything being presented to me. I LOVE my SRX! I am thrilled will my purchase and plan to go back and do it all over again when my lease is up. more

Excellent Costumer Service 1/20/2011

My dealer, Mr. Roland Troutman was very professional as were the other employees there. I was treated with respect and diginity. All of my questions were answered to my satisfation. Overall it was a very smooth, quick and joyful experience. I will definately consider Mcdonald Gmc as a dearlership and Mr. Troutman as a professional sales person. more

Good: We appreciated the fact that Ben Taylor remembers his customers and allows time to browse with no pressure. Offering to show us multiple choices on the lot physically verses looking at options in a book. Taking the time to drive 2 or more Acadias to the front of the lot for viewing and test driving allowed my mother to get a feel for all styles provided on the lot.. Other: Ben Taylor realized that my mother needed time to to decide on a new purchase. He understood that it had been more than 15 years since my mother had purchased a vehicle and allowed her the time to make a decision. There was no over selling or constant harrasing phone calls from Mr.Taylor. An occasional phone call was appreciated. The end result, a happy new owner of a 2011 Acadia. Chuck Latty is the guy to see. 1/10/2011

I have purchased six vehicles from McDonald's, and Chuck Latty is the one person I look for when I walk in the door. He takes the time to find out what I'm looking for and never uses pressure tactics. He lets his product sell itself, which shows the trust and confidence this dealership has in GM products. As a women who was widowed 5 months ago, I was scared to go car shopping. Someone recommed McDonald Pontiac and Chuck Latty to me. I never felt pressured into buying anything. Chuck was very understanding and more than willing to work with me. He made me feel at ease and made the experinece so much better. I would highly recommed buying a car from McDonalds and Chuck.
