took my daughter to mpc to officially buy her own first car...got a used car that she was very very dissapointed with after a couple weeks...we went back to the dealership and met mike,,,
he actually cared about our concerns and dissapointment with the vehicle and vowed to help us out......HE DID....AND WE COULDN'T BE HAPPIER....
mike was very helpful,,curtious,kind and caring.... my daughter wanted a different vehicle all together ,,,, mike made this happen....he made sure to keep checking on us as we waited for him to get everything settled,,,,he did not just leave us sitting in a corner looking at the wall for hours.....mike and his team were GREAT......they rectified our situation and made sure we were definitely pleased with our purchase... mike made sure we felt at ease during this transition...we feel he TRULY CARES ABOUT HIS CUSTOMERS....if you go to mpc,,,look for mike.....you won't be dissapointed...
