This place does research on the market price of their cars. I shopped at several places in Portland and this place offered me the best deal (out the door price, no bs extra cost like other dealerships do). Overall a great experience more

Best car buying experience! 6/17/2013

This was the least stressful car buying experience ever. It far exceeded my expectations. We were anticipating a hard sell and lots of haggling but were pleasantly surprised with Kathy Klagas's no pressure approach. Our initial conversations and discussion of money were via email. The ONLY way to go in my opinion. When we decided to go into the dealership to sign papers we were treated so kindly by everyone and were never talked into adding anything extra. Low pressure. I highly recommend Kathy and the Gladstone team for anyone interested in buying a new Mazda. more

Relaxed, Low Pressure, Friendly Atmosphere 6/14/2013

We were met by Andy, working in his first couple of weeks at Mazda. He is learning all about Mazdas, but what he lacks in experience at present, he makes up for in personality and is truly interested in helping you find the right car. Ron came out to help and did not try to oversell anything, but ended up finding the car just "off the truck" that had everything I wanted and loved! When we picked the car up (love the drive off the showroom effect!) Andy was off, but Ron patiently went over all the main highlights needed to drive it off in the "quick start" booklet. Ron and Andy were both great to work with. The detail shop did an excellent job of getting the car perfect and ready. You can't believe the packaging these cars come in that have to be removed. (We saw ours all wrapped up!) Highly recommend Mazda! more
