I used the Costco car buying program and was pleasantly surprised that I was not swamped by emails and phone calls once the dealer had my contact info during the few days I needed together the time to buy the car. Once there, my sales guy, Robert, was very helpful and skilled enough to figure out my objectives and give helpful suggestions. The inevitable upsell was there, but was gracious and not unpleasantly aggressive. Robert even went way out of his way to help me drop off my borrowed car so I could drive my new purchase home. more

We Now have gotten our 6th New Mazda (5 from "Mazda of Gladstone", 1 from the former "Auto Town Mazda"). Chad was a Blast to have as my Salesperson!! ...As Usual, the time spent back and forth with "pencils" took most of the day but the "Happy Faces" next to the X__________ "Sign here and drive home today" made it cute and more fun. Three of the "pencils" had more of my "scratches" on it than the Desk Manager's but hey, I liked All the guys that were involved, got my vehichle and it's Great!! more

My experience with the initial salesperson went very well and we agreed on a reasonable price per month. Then in the final closure I was given quite a few options by the manager which overwhelmed me because the monthly cost was rising above my budget. This almost made me want to back out of the deal, but I didn't. These add-ons should be presented at the time of my original offer. more
