Unfortunately there was alot of confusion with several people over 4 days about when the 3M "dent" protection for our 2014 vehicle would be applied and finally was told it would be another 2 weeks. At which point we picked up our new car and will go back to have it done. We do not blame Erika for this! She was the BEST! more

Great customer service. They wouldn't let us leave without the keys & we wouldn't leave without the budget with the lease worked just perfect. Lets just say I left very happy with my 2013 Mazda 3!!! :)) more

you walk in and tell them what you want. they say that they can help you but then they screw you around. i left with a lease. not my choice but its all they would do. since i drove it off the lot they have been pretty rude. my payment is due in less than 5 days and i still have no paperwork from the bankm no license plate or tags. infact i got a paper from the bank saying my lease was denied 20 or more days after ilve been driving it around. they are not very pleasent or helpful. except my sales guy was amazing. he rocked. the people in finance absolutely suck. more

Amazing 9/13/2013

We wanted to get a car for our daughter to drive and I am so glad we stopped into Mazda of Gladstone. Sergio was amazing, we felt like family immediately. Jeremy and David were also very kind and respected our time and comfort while visiting there business. We left feeling pleased with our purchase, and feel we have made new friends. My daughter had a problem with the car. My husband and I were at work and couldn't help troubleshoot the issue, so I called to see if someone could run by and check on her, at the school parking lot. David said sure, he would run down there, and found she had left the lights on and got her up and running. Whew! THANK YOU guys! For going over and above! more
