you walk in and tell them what you want. they say that they can help you but then they screw you around. i left with a lease. not my choice but its all they would do. since i drove it off the lot they have been pretty rude. my payment is due in less than 5 days and i still have no paperwork from the bankm no license plate or tags. infact i got a paper from the bank saying my lease was denied 20 or more days after ilve been driving it around. they are not very pleasent or helpful. except my sales guy was amazing. he rocked. the people in finance absolutely suck.
