I feel very lucky to be a client of Cindy Lorraine for many years. I find her to be passionate about our whole well being; health and beauty. She brings with her classic training from Vidal Sasson. She keeps updated by attending many seminars and hair shows. I found her to be a genius when she first cut and styled my sometimes curly sometimes wavy always unpredictable hair. She understands my hair and lifestyle and has shown me how to pull off several great looks from PTA mom to business woman. Cindy started coloring my hair and the effect is just what I wanted, very subtle. She takes me through the seasons in a very natural way. I look polished and professional and not ?over done?. It is a great boost to walk out of Maxwell's looking like me only better. Cindy is extremely easy to like. She has poise and confidence never an overbearing ego. My whole family including teenager loves to get their hair styled by Cindy. Maxwell's Salon is always clean and beautifully decorated. Spending time there is relaxing and pleasant. I have been going to Bonnie for over 3 years now and I have always been pleased with her demeanor, her professionalism and the great haircuts I have received. I highly recommend her service! Pros: Everyone is friendly when I visit. Great location! Easy to get too from the 405 Fwy. Cons: No gym equipment, no steamroom, no jaccuzzi, but hey, I can live without it! more

I chose to go to this salon because of the rave reviews at this site, however I have been disappointed ever since. I think Bonnie was my stylist and she obviously knows nothing about curly or wavy hair. I realize that my hair can be a challenge, which is why I am willing to pay 60-70 bucks. She has been doing hair for 15 years, so I figured she had seen wavy hair before. I will never go back to that salon because I believe they are untrustworthy and how will I know if the next stylist will be terrible too? I took a chance from a business friend and asked her who hair stylist was. I loved the color and highlights in her hair and the cut was new and fresh like you'd get from one of those fancy Beverly Hills Salons. She gave me Sara's name and said she's very good and very sweet too. So I made the appointment and treated myself to the best Birthday present I ever had. I loved it so much I made another appointment in 5 weeks. I highly recommend Sara. She uses the best colors available today and will educated you on the differences in them. She mentioned how she goes to all the beauty shows to stay on top of the newest products and styles. Do yourself and favor and ask for Sara, I guarantee you that you'll leave smiling. more

I thought I would take a moment to share his expertise, reasonable prices, patience, attention to detail, and great service with others. Simply stated, if you want your hair done the way you want it, go see Carlos. Prior to visiting Carlos, I would get my haircut and the end result was not what I had asked for, but rather the stylist?s method of cutting. Sure, suggestions are nice, but at least console with me prior to the cut. As far as prices are concerned, Carlos and Maxwell?s Salon are very reasonable. I would say I have a pretty basic cut, but Carlos always is consistent and takes his time to make certain that everything is in check and looks clean. So the secret is out; before you get your next haircut come visit Carlos at Maxwell?s Salon of London. The Salon offers great service as well. Sookie, my hairstylist understood exactly how I wanted my hair to be done, and she completely surpassed my expectations. Since then, I recommended Sookie to my classmates, and I am sure Sookie can make them absolutely gorgeous.
