To start of, we will never get our car serviced here again, even though it means loosing the powertrain warranty. There is absolutely no excuse for terrible customer service and lazy employees that take over 40 minutes to do an oil change.\r

Today my husband and I came in for an oil change. My husband scheduled the oil change on the 15th of April.. It was set for 6 PM on 22 April. Granted, we did arrive early 5:20 PM, but we didn't get to drive out of the Service area until 6:40 PM. That seems to be an excessive amount of waiting for something that takes 10-15 minutes for someone with sub-par skills. Dont you think?\r

At 6:30, after over an hour of waiting, my husband got fed up with waiting and walked into the shop to ask when our car would be finished. The hood our the car was still up and being worked on, however the 'guys' were just standing around the car bs'ing. This is unacceptable! After my husband asked, they got the car out within 10 minutes Why did it take my husband coming in to babysit the employees to get the car out of the service area and ready for us to leave? I wish I could give you names, but the service summary didn't even have the technicians name on it. So I automatically surmise that it was just another person trying to get their work done halfway without giving it the attention to detail it should have received. I would assume off the lack of professionalism that the oil change was not even done correctly.\r

I am upset that the service was so terrible and time consuming. This was pathetic. Why did we have to experience this?
