Beau runs a great company! When he told me his guys would do my BIG job in one 12 hour day, I thought he was dreaming...but they did it! Raymond & his crew of six are the hardest working crew in the industry! They were pleasant and respectful and willing to work with my last minute changes. Beau even got me on his schedule within 2 weeks of my call which is a miracle! This is the best Mother's Day Present I have ever had! Beau and his team are awesome and professional! Their quote came in much lower than 3 other companies and when we told him we wanted to move forward, he had his guys there the next day! I started my seach for someone to landscape my yard by calling four different companies. One couldn't schedule the job for 3 months, another didn't show up for the appoinment they set, another didn't return my call until five days later. \r Masterpiece was the only company that answered the phone.. at 7 PM..! (everyone else I had to leave a message). They scheduled an appointment in two days, took a look at the property and what I wanted done, came up with a proposal while still on site, and promised to have a crew out in 10-14 days if accepted.\r Proposal accepted, they were out in 8 days, finished the job in one day, and did everything they said they would do and more.\r Now the place looks great.\r Beau and his very professional team are the best! more

This work was truly amazing. The final product was and still is astonishing. This was very fine work and service.The workers were polite, fast paced, and they got the job done with 100% accuracy. To add, they went out of there way to ask me if the work was good enough , this I really appriciated. I honestly would recommend this to anyone. Service was great, the crew was friendly and worked very efficiently. Originally quoted 2 days, but they ended up getting the work done in one! They xeriscaped my entire front yard, laid down top soil and sod with a gravel border in the back, got rid of all the over-growth, buried my gutters, and fixed all my drainage issues around the entire house. Price was excellent, way lower than other estimates. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a fair priced, high quality landscaping company. more

These guys are incredible! Masterpiece helped us to design something truly unique and perfect for our young family. The crew arrived on time, and worked quickly, efficiently, and courteously. Their painstaking effort, and meticulous eye for detail resulted in the perfect yard! They created a beautiful retaining wall, grass section, and play area that honestly was a dream come true. Masterpiece did a phenomenal job! Beau helped us to refine our vision and come up with a yard that was exactly what we wanted. When the crew was on site, they worked quickly, cleanly and efficiently and paid so much attention to detail. Down to the smallest details, they really went the extra mile to take care of everything... things far above and beyond what could be considered the standard scope. They ran drip-lines throughout our backyard in case we wanted to add plants later,they re-did all of our downspouts for us, they cleaned out our existing sprinklers. They thought of everything, and included things we never would have thought of. The final result is an amazing backyard that is a dream come true. Honesty and integrity are hard to find in the contracting world, and Masterpiece brought it in spades. Thank you so much to Beau and crew for a job extremely well done. more

Beau and his crew did a fantastic job landscaping our new home in Flying Horse. We interviewed 4 landscapers--Beau's design was superior and his price at least 25% less than the nearest competitor. Based on recommendations from neighbors & friends, we signed Beau. His crew arrived as scheduled and worked tirelessly over the next 5 days, creating a wonderful yard with full trees, sod, retaining walls, stamped concrete, a gas fire-pit and a beautiful water-feature. We were the second family to move into one of the sub divisions of Flying Horse. I wished I had been present when they laid the topsoil, front and back yard. I was assured I would be please with the results. After several consultations with a landscape architecture and other landscape consultants we were told the soil at Flying Horse was not the best and 6”-8"" of top soil was needed to grow a beautiful lawn. What I found out later there was not enough topsoil laid and as result we have had to replace several areas of dead lawn. We have been fighting this for 3 years and have decided to replace the entire front and back yard with new sod. This time it will be done right. I also had a beautiful water pond installed with gorgeous waterfalls going into the pond. As with the lawn this was completed 3 years ago. The first water pump went out approximately 9 months after it was installed. The second pump went out 4 months ago. I was told the manufacture of the pump no longer produce this model. The second pump was the exact model and it to went out. Both pumps were replaced at their convenience not mine. Last issue, the stakes that were used to secure my trees were metal. The stakes came out of the ground approximately 1’ with jagged edges. While mowing the lawn I scraped the back of my leg, imagine the damage cause by scrapping bare skin against a jagged metal stake. To this day I am often asked what happened to my leg. The scar is there for life. I called several times to have the stakes removed and several times I was told someone would come out to remove the stake. I had to do it myself. Nice people, crew was great but the quality of the landscaping is far from being top notch. more

Beau and his crew landscaped our small back yard in August of 2010. His design vision turned out to be great. Beau and his crew are very professional and incredibly skilled. They showed up on time, worked hard every day and cleaned the street where all the materials were delivered. They finished in 5 days, which is what Beau said they would do. I had to see it to believe it. Among other things, they built a beautiful retaining wall, & water feature. What we paid was what Beau quoted, and all with no down payment. We plan to use Masterpiece again, and would definitely recommend them to anyone. more

We had a ""small"" job to be done - replace retaining walls and new steps going to the back decks. The results are just wonderful; a rustic entrance to the back of our property. Beau's crew hand-pieced the walls with boulders and large rocks, with huge slabs of rock for the steps. They were incredibly skilled, fast, and professional. They cleaned the street and area of rock debris: they were very respectful of our property. The estimate was the price we paid with no suprises or add-ons. We recommend Beau and his crew whole-heartedly. more

I don't know where the 2 star ratings are coming from. Masterpiece does fabulous landscaping, I could not ask for better service or a more beautiful job! I had an issue arise with one of my trees. I called the office and the tree was replace the next day! I think that it must be some of Beau's competitors must have given the ratings that are below 5 stars. Everyone I know who has used Beau's service has been very satisfied on all levels. more

Within a few months of the completion of work, the irrigation had a minor leak at the pressure valve; not uncommon.\r \r When I contacted the organization to have them come out & effect a repair well within the warranty period, it took numerous calls and a lot of waiting. When they did finally come out, they failed to repair the leak.\r \r I completed the repair myself after spending a few hours digging up the manifold & replacing a 29¢ part I picked up at Big R. more

I HAD MY FRONT AND BACK YARD LANDSCAPED AND NEW SPRKLR SYSTEM INSTALLED IN AUG 08. AFTER THE BID WAS PUT IN IN JUNE. "" DELAYS THE ""OFFICE "" TOLD ME. FINALLY WHEN THE WORK WAS STARTED AND FINISHED I WAS HAPPY WITH THE END RESULT BY HIS GREAT GUYS. BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT BEAU'S FORTE. I REPEATEDLY CALLED HIM TO COME OUT AND REMOVE SOME OLD RAILROAD TIES THAT THE GUYS HAD EXHUMED AND TO ASK HIM QUESTIONS ABOUT OPERATIONS OF THE NEW SYSTEM. 4-5 MESSAGES VIA HIS WIFE (OFFICE) HE FINALLY CAME--AFTER i HAD REMOVED THE RR TIES MYSELF. NOW I CALL HIM FOR WEATHER DAMAGE TO MY SYSTEM (PIPE FROZEN AT TURN ON SITE) AND 3 DAYS LATER, STILL NO RETURN CALL, EVEN THO THE ""OFFICE"" SAYS HE WILL ""CALL YOU BACK TODAY.""\r I WOULD NOT TELL FRIENDS TO DO BIZ W/BEAU BECAUSE AFTER THE SALE, HE IS G-O-N-E. NO CUSTOMER SVC AT ALL.... NOT HAPPY WITH HIS SVC. Pros: END RESULT IS GOOD Cons: NO CUSTOMER SVC. WON'T RETURN CALLS more

“Beau is simply the BEST LANSDSCAPER! We interviewed with six different landscaping companies before choosing Masterpiece. Beau was very competitive on price and delivered so much more bang for the buck. Our trees and shrubs are gorgeous and our waterfall and fire pit are AMAZING. The attention to detail that Beau’s team puts into their work is second to none. We had 1/3 of an acre to landscape and Masterpiece was done in less than 2 weeks (retaining walls, patio, fire pit irrigation, 100 shrubs, 10 trees, 8 boulders, sod, and six stage waterfall). Another thing my wife and I liked about Masterpiece is that we did not pay one dime until the job was complete. We also liked the flexibility of making changes to the landscape design with no cost increase, in fact Beaus original quote included 2 retaining walls and six accent boulders and after the walls were done Beau traded in the remaining 4 tons of rock and got us two more HUGE boulders at no extra cost!
