I HAD MY FRONT AND BACK YARD LANDSCAPED AND NEW SPRKLR SYSTEM INSTALLED IN AUG 08. AFTER THE BID WAS PUT IN IN JUNE. "" DELAYS THE ""OFFICE "" TOLD ME. FINALLY WHEN THE WORK WAS STARTED AND FINISHED I WAS HAPPY WITH THE END RESULT BY HIS GREAT GUYS. BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT BEAU'S FORTE. I REPEATEDLY CALLED HIM TO COME OUT AND REMOVE SOME OLD RAILROAD TIES THAT THE GUYS HAD EXHUMED AND TO ASK HIM QUESTIONS ABOUT OPERATIONS OF THE NEW SYSTEM. 4-5 MESSAGES VIA HIS WIFE (OFFICE) HE FINALLY CAME--AFTER i HAD REMOVED THE RR TIES MYSELF. NOW I CALL HIM FOR WEATHER DAMAGE TO MY SYSTEM (PIPE FROZEN AT TURN ON SITE) AND 3 DAYS LATER, STILL NO RETURN CALL, EVEN THO THE ""OFFICE"" SAYS HE WILL ""CALL YOU BACK TODAY.""\r
I WOULD NOT TELL FRIENDS TO DO BIZ W/BEAU BECAUSE AFTER THE SALE, HE IS G-O-N-E. NO CUSTOMER SVC AT ALL.... NOT HAPPY WITH HIS SVC.
