We discovered M&M's last year after several years of taking our cars to dealers for service. Last year we were pleased with the expertise, prices and honesty of this independent shop.
This year we again brought our two cars in for annual service and brake inspection. I made the appointments for both cars through M&M's website, and there was some confusion and only one appointment was made. I had to call to straighten it out. We had two appointments one week apart. In both instances, we dropped the cars off prior to opening and leaving the keys in the slot in the front door with a note as to how to contact us and a description of the work we had requested.
Both times when my husband called to check on the status of the vehicles during the day, two different people answered the phone and were extremely rude. In both circumstances they responded with "So, what do you want?" And they were belligerent in responding to his inquiries.
Ironically, when we were called to get authorization of the brake work, the woman who called was pleasant and clear about what needed to be done and the cost.
We are pleased with the work, and the costs are reasonable, but the repeated poor phone service really has turned us off and is enough to make us hesitate to return for future service, and recommending this shop to others.
