On both of my recent visits, I was treated as if everyone is overworked and underpaid and they really didn't have time to deal with me. After the second diagnosis, I needed 10 minutes to consult with my husband before making a decision. When I called back to speak to the mechanic, they couldn't be bothered to to reach him in the garage next door, so I had to wait an hour for him to come back into the office to call me back, which meant my car could not be worked on that day. In this day of wireless phones and cell phones, this is ridiculous. And he got all huffy when I wanted an estimate on when the car would be done on the next business day. The work on both visits was well executed, but the customer treatment leaves a lot to be desired. Not the way I want to be treated when I am dishing out hundreds of dollars on repairs. I will only be back when I need a service Jiffy Lube can't handle as they treat me as a valued customer and actually have time to talk with me about any issues I have with the car. more
