When I come in I am always greeted like I am a member of the family. No matter what the request The people at the desk try there best to take care of my need or concern. My stylist always has suggestions and answers to my questions. Hears me when I want to change my look or how I can take care of hair the best way. more

Bravo to Mark Pardo and his great staff! 1/23/2012

I have been getting my hair cut by Mark for a number of years, and have always been impressed by his customer service and that of his great staff. Saturday represented the pinnacle of that great service, when I had an appointment with another stylist, who was not able to cut my hair after all. The staff called Mark at ome (he was off that day) to tell him about the problem, and he agreed to come in just to cut my hair, with his young son in tow. Mark was so gracious about sacrificing his day off just so my appointment would not have to be cancelled. BRAVO and many thanks to Mark personally and to his wonderful staff, who obviously have been well-trained in customer service, with Mark as their role model!! more

Desiree is BOMB!! 1/19/2012

Every time I go to Mark Pardo Aveda Salon, I am treated like a queen. I am greeted warmly as though you would greet an old friend, offered tea and water, and my appointment is always on time. Desiree has been coloring and styling my hair for six years now. She always makes me feel beautiful, and provides the utmost in customer service with a smile and a laugh. I would never go to any other salon because the results at Mark Pardo Aveda Salon and Desiree's talents are worth every penny. I really do believe it is the best salon in town!! more

Always an excellent experience 12/31/2011

I've been a faithful client of Sara's for a few years, receiving massages every 2-3 weeks. She is one of the most talented massage therapists I have ever seen (and I have been lucky enough to see some award winning massage therapists in my life). Sara has helped me tackle several personal and physical issues and for that I am grateful. But, Sara has also referred me to several of her very talented colleagues, including Shelly and Sandra. Shelly is an amazing stylist; I have an extremely easy, trendy, flattering cut. I have not yet seen Sandra but I have met with her discuss our plans with my color and I was extremely impressed with ability to understand what I was looking for and translate my words into a plan for a fun, flirty, exciting color plan. more

Love my hair! 12/19/2011

I go to Jen A at the Juan Tabo location. And I just love it. I love the cut. I love the way she listened carefully to what I want & need my hair to do (I have a super active lifestyle but sometimes want that drop dead long wavy style too). I love the color as well. Initially, the color (blond) was a bit too gold for my taste. When I told them about how I felt they corrected this for me until we hit a shade I loved. I was so impressed with how much they cared that my hair make ME happy. I would never go anywhere else. Thanks Jen A & thank you Mark Pardo Salon. more

Great experience at Juan Tabo 12/10/2011

Received a complimentary hand massage with holiday scented lotion by a lovely employee (wish I had gotten her name) while I was waiting for my haircut. Emily then did a great job on my hair - one of the best haircuts I've ever gotten. I just wish it wasn't so hard to get on her schedule! more
