This was the best haircut by one of your non-Master Stylists! I told Shelly about my hair; how it wants to stick up here and there, and generally how I'd like it cut. She used her talents to cut it perfectly -- even better than I thought it could look. more

Desiree always makes me feel like I am the most important client of her day. She is always friendly, funny, and most-importantly, professional. I leave Mark Pardo feeling pretty because she does such a great job on my color and cut. I would recommend Mark Pardo to anyone because they offer un-rivaled customer service coupled with excellent care and attention to detail. WORTH EVERY PENNY!! more

Nice highlights, no haircut 5/12/2011

I received really nice highlights that took two hours to do. My stylist recommended I get a haircut soon. I told her I thought one came with the color (at least a trim?) and was told that I have to order that seperately so they give her more time to do that. I was suprised that two hours was not enough time for highlights and a cut and I needed to pay more and take more time for both. more

Customized, personal service 4/26/2011

I have been a frequent utilizer of spas for many years now in several states and cities in the southwest. I have even been to some of the best rated massage therapists in the southwest. However, Sarah, my regular massage therapist now at the Juan Tabo store, is truly one of the very best therapist I have ever been to. Seeing her regularly has changed my health, improving my chronic headaches, neck and back pain. She is skilled and professional, yet personal and caring, a true expert in her craft. I would give her my highest recommendation. more
