Mark Pardo Excellent Service 8/9/2011

Today I received excellent service at Mark Pardo's Salon on Juan Tabo. The staff was very pleasant and inviting. My hairdresser was extremely nice, knowledgeable, and had me looking tremendously sharp for my job interview. I will for sure get the job with the help I received from Mark Pardo's and the stylish, yet professional cut and color. Recommended them today. more

Aveda products 8/6/2011

Will always continue to use Aveda products but was REALLY DISAPPOINTED when I wanted to make an appointment with JASON and was told he was no longer there and they were NOT ALLOWED TO TELL ME WHERE HE IS.............Everyone in my family have professional degrees (eg. BA, MS, DDS, MD, PHD, AUD) and I would NEVER tell a patient she couldn't contact another professional, I think you need to rethink your policy as that is bad business!!!!!!!!!! more

As usual my haircut was great. But I especially want to thank Devon who has given me a smile and recognition every time I visit. Great Service, Recurring Shop/Management Issues 7/15/2011

Even though I change stylists from time to time, I love the service at Mark Pardo. The greeting, tea, massage, and style performance are wonderful. This is the second time, however, that the shop has been without warm water. The hot water heater went out...seriously? There are at least 10 plumbing services here who would have fixed that or installed a new unit in less than an hour! more

I haven't let a soul touch my hair in a year. I'm in a painful grow out phase... ladies you know what I'm sayin. John did exactly what I wanted and my hair looks amazing. I had someone tell me " your hair is getting so long", AFTER the cut. I guess it looks longer when it's cleaned up. I was a mess and now I'm feeling great. Love it, thanks Aveda!! more
