I had a hot water line bust & it was 6:00 in the evening, I called mark johnson plumbing & Patience answered the phone immediately and was nice & helpful, then Hagen & Dax showed up within 30 mins! They got everything fixed & I was thoroughly impressed with their service and attitudes! It was nasty & flooded under the house but they never complained and got the job done! They came back the next day to do some more repairs & were there on time & we couldn't have asked for any better service all the way around! Patience got us scheduled and really took care of us! They all went above and beyond to take care of us! I highly highly recommend Mark Johnson Plumbing! more

Surely as long as you people have lived and Mark Johnson Plumbing has been in business that you and millions of people may do things or make purchases that was not wanted but necessary. Just because you buy something, you don't have to like it. Just because I purchased your service didn't mean I had to like the price you charged. I did change the service portion (up above) to 5 stars. I know Quinn he did good work. But my opinion is mine to give if you don't like it I'm am sorry. We all have to purchase things now and then which are not wanted, but necessary. I recently landed on Mark Johnson's website browsing plumbers in Monroe. Since I saw that they came to Monroe, and since I had a sewer blockage that HAD to be fixed, I called them. Patience answered at 7:00 this morning, got Chad here in record time, and he quickly went to work after he gave me an estimate of the cost to unclog my sewer line. He told me he would then run a camera through the line to make sure it was fixed. Well, unfortunately there was more to my clog than met the eye, but Chad kept me informed of everything going on, showed me exactly what the problem was with the use of the camera, and arranged for someone to come and pump out my septic tank, explored options with me, and could not have been nicer or more professional. Now I can rest assured that my problem is permanently fixed, or for several years anyway. Plumbers are not cheap, but knowing that I would not have to be calling them back for this problem again sure eased the disdain of the cost. Fix it once and forget it is what I want, and Mark Johnson Plumbing and Chad seem to have the same work ethic. Thanks Chad for your expertise and professionalism. I will be calling you guys if/when I need a plumber again, though I would like for it to be awhile! LOL more

I called two other local plumbers and they were not able to commit to a specific appointment time. I called Mark Johnson Plumbing and had an appointment setup for early the next week. Dax and Byron showed up on time and did a great job. The price seemed steep, but I am pleased with the quality of work and the experience. Dax was very helpful and asked questions to make sure it was done they way that I wanted. more
