I ask for how much the labor price was, I was never told. Work performance was good and neatly done.
RESPONSE FROM Mark Johnson Plumbing Inc:
When Mark Johnson Plumbing moved their emphasis from New Construction to Service and Repair Work, they joined Quality Service Contractors (a national organization which focuses on improving plumbing companies). At that point, Mark Johnson Plumbing also became a "Flat Rate Company". Basically this means all plumbing tasks have a set price with everything included. Customers are given this price BEFORE any work is done. No one is surprised with a bill he or she wasn't expecting. There is no breakdown of labor and materials with a flat rate company. Since you are given a price "up front", you can choose to have the work done - or contact someone else. When asked about labor price or material prices - we always explain to our customers we are flat rate and can not break down the cost.
