Surely as long as you people have lived and Mark Johnson Plumbing has been in business that you and millions of people may do things or make purchases that was not wanted but necessary. Just because you buy something, you don't have to like it. Just because I purchased your service didn't mean I had to like the price you charged. I did change the service portion (up above) to 5 stars. I know Quinn he did good work. But my opinion is mine to give if you don't like it I'm am sorry. If you want to hide it (like Obama does everything) go ahead. Robert Wayne Frazier RESPONSE FROM Mark Johnson Plumbing Inc: Mr. Frazier: You are right. We all have to purchase things now and then which are not wanted, but necessary. I don't like paying so much for oil changes for my new truck, but if I want it to continue running well, I know I must purchase the best. I talked with Mark this morning and he wants you happy. He would like to know what it would take for you to be satisfied. We certainly don't want to hide anything! We are honest, open, and up-front and want to continue to be. Thank you for your response and I look forward to hearing from you.
