The customer service aspect of Maggie's Shutters is outstanding. The owner did my estimate and the staff is very polite. They were honest and upfront about everything. The closing date on the house changed a few times, and every time I called they were pleasant, flexible and would work with me. They really helped me out. The workmanship on the shutters is outstanding, they are beautiful. I want to give them five stars because the experience was tremendous. more

He has done the best business in shutter so far. Thank you Mr. Brandon came and took measurements completed of my house. Now I'm very proud of my house with pretty shutters. If I could give Maggie's Shutters more than five stars, I would! I urge anyone considering shutters or window coverings to call Maggie's. I did a lot of research before making some calls to get bids on shutters for our new house and had a few appointments lined up. Brandon from Maggie's Shutters came and took measurements for our living room window and gave me a price. I couldn't believe how reasonable it was so I had him give me quotes for all the bedroom windows and kitchen window. After meeting with Brandon from Maggie's, I canceled the other appointments because I felt good about their products, their warranty, their price, and the fact that they are a family-owned business. I wound up ordering shutters for four rooms and a mesh roller shade for the kitchen. The office staff at Maggie's (Michelle) stayed in good contact with me regarding the order and setting up the installation. The installers, Voss and Oscar, were clean, punctual, and efficient. I received follow-up calls to ensure my satisfaction and to thank me for my business. Just top-notch customer service and the quality of their products is outstanding. A couple of my neighbors have already stopped by to compliment the way our new shutters have improved the appearance of our house and ask for Maggie's number. I'm a very happy customer. more

Everything with Maggie's Shutters & Blinds was very pleasant. Brandon was a pleasant guy, not pushy at all. I told him I wanted to compare prices with some other places, and he told me to by all means go ahead. He didn't even follow up. Maggie's Shutters provides the highest quality product at a fantastic price. our service is second to none. please i encourage anyone who has a concern or a needed service to call 800-606-1110 to open a service ticket. more than 60% of our business comes from referrals or repeat business because we take care of any and all issues... so the only thing to beware of are the people who take the time to post bogus reviews instead of calling our office to open a service ticket. so we can have the opportunity to provide the high level of service our clients have been accustomed too. more

BEWARE! These people are so disorganized, place wrong orders have to redo everything not once, twice or even three times, but in our case 11 times!! They're so disrespectful of the customer and their time. After our exhausting journey with these people we found out they have many complaints filed against them with the BBB! They can't focus and complete a job, and are disrespectful. They don't show up when they say, and when they do show up they waste hours upon hours and then tell you they have to come back yet another day so they can waste more of your valuable time. We finally gave up and decided it wasn't worth it and now live with crooked, poorly installed shutters with completely uneven paint job (wood shows through on many panels and they NEVER closed properly! Absurd! more

No show, not even a phone call, poor excuses. Scheduled entire day around them. Worst part is, I was a good customer and spent thousands with them. Not very respectful, don't bother unless you enjoy getting angry and frustrated. more

All of our window shutters were installed with no disruption of our daily home routine. They are very neat and professional installers who were finished in less time than I thought it would take. The shutters look great. more

Maggies Shutters & Blinds came out and gave us an estimate for shutters. They gave me the time frame for the shutters to be made and delivered, and they delivered them within that time frame. It was quite nice. When they showed up to do the delivery, they were very professional. Everything was done in a timely manner. They did the whole house, and we love our shutters! They give you the best price and really good quality for the price they charge. The service was excellent. more

I can't say enough good things about Maggie's Shutters. From the initial call to schedule my in home appointment to the price and selection. Brandon showed up for the appointment on time. He was knowledgeable and helpful. We placed the order with him and the next day received a call to confirm the order. Two days later I received a call to inform me that the shutters would be ready much earlier than originally quoted (18 days from the date we ordered). Wow how often does that happen. We scheduled the installation and the installers called to say they were running ahead of schedule and if it was ok if they arrived early. Again how often does that happen. Installation was fast and the shutters look awesome! They wanted to add a molding around one of the shutters boxes because the window frame was not square. No extra charge. They said they would come back in about 1 week. The next morning I received a call to follow-up on the installation and to let me know that they were working on the molding. This has to be one of the greatest experiences I have ever had with a vendor. Great job and keep up the good work. I will recommend Maggie's Shutters to everyone I know. more

This isn't our first time using Maggies Shutters & Blinds. We were happy after using them in another house, so we are repeat customers. They came in, took all the measurements, and gave us our pricing. If we weren't 100 satisfied, they wanted to know, because they would come back out and fix that tiny stuff. Their customer service on the phone is also good. The girls at the office called to check up and make sure everything was okay. They also showed up on time. Maggies Shutters & Blinds put shutters throughout the entire house, and it looks great. I would highly recommend them. I don't have any problem recommending them. more

Amazing looks great and your guys were super nice and really careful to make sure that they did everything as expected, they moved what had to be moved, and put down drop cloths to protect the carpet...i cannot say enough about how pleased i am more

Large order in which some of the door frames needed to be trimmed. They were taken back to the shop but we got put on the back burner for longer than expected. Price and quality made up for the delay though. RESPONSE FROM Maggie's Shutters: Hi Mike, Thank you for the positive feedback. Every client is a priority and I apologize for any delay on the return of the frames to complete your order. We do learn from every expiernece on how we can improve but one reason for the delay wa those special cut out shapes on the french doors as they do take a little or more time and we should have comunicated that to you up front and more clearly. thank you as always for the business and the great feedback. more

I called Maggies Shutters & Blinds on a recommendation from a friend and gave them the measurements and they gave me an approximate price which was really reasonable. I had them over to take more measurements and they were so nice and polite. Everyone there is nice and polite! They ordered the product for me and the quality and price were very good. The installers were great, very nice too. They got things done quickly and efficiently. They even called a few days later to make sure I was satisfied, they really have great follow-up. I would definitely use them again, I'm happy my friend recommended them! more
