I can't say enough good things about Maggie's Shutters. From the initial call to schedule my in home appointment to the price and selection. Brandon showed up for the appointment on time. He was knowledgeable and helpful. We placed the order with him and the next day received a call to confirm the order. Two days later I received a call to inform me that the shutters would be ready much earlier than originally quoted (18 days from the date we ordered). Wow how often does that happen. We scheduled the installation and the installers called to say they were running ahead of schedule and if it was ok if they arrived early. Again how often does that happen. Installation was fast and the shutters look awesome! They wanted to add a molding around one of the shutters boxes because the window frame was not square. No extra charge. They said they would come back in about 1 week. The next morning I received a call to follow-up on the installation and to let me know that they were working on the molding. This has to be one of the greatest experiences I have ever had with a vendor. Great job and keep up the good work. I will recommend Maggie's Shutters to everyone I know.
