Review content:
Large order in which some of the door frames needed to be trimmed. They were taken back to the shop but we got put on the back burner for longer than expected. Price and quality made up for the delay though.

Thank you for the positive feedback. Every client is a priority and I apologize for any delay on the return of the frames to complete your order. We do learn from every expiernece on how we can improve but one reason for the delay wa those special cut out shapes on the french doors as they do take a little or more time and we should have comunicated that to you up front and more clearly. thank you as always for the business and the great feedback.
