BEWARE! These people are so disorganized, place wrong orders have to redo everything not once, twice or even three times, but in our case 11 times!! They're so disrespectful of the customer and their time. After our exhausting journey with these people we found out they have many complaints filed against them with the BBB! They can't focus and complete a job, and are disrespectful. They don't show up when they say, and when they do show up they waste hours upon hours and then tell you they have to come back yet another day so they can waste more of your valuable time. We finally gave up and decided it wasn't worth it and now live with crooked, poorly installed shutters with completely uneven paint job (wood shows through on many panels and they NEVER closed properly! Absurd!
