As good as it can be 10/19/2009

On 10/16/09 I had a cap replaced, x-ray, cleaning, examination and laser treatment for gingivitis. I would rather have open heart surgery without anesthesia than go to the dentist because of past experiences. My experience on 10/16 was completely different because mainly of what I perceived as real concern by everyone about minimizing the patient's discomfort. I experienced nothing that was real pain only a little discomfort for only seconds. Thank you. Secondly, the personalities of the staff attending me put me in a good state of mind and kept that way. I won't go so far as to say I'm excited about my next visit, but I'm not losing sleep over it either. So, for me that's big time improvement. more

Everyone was very friendly, short wait, clean. Would have given 5 stars except I was not notified that Dr. Kesner would not be there and I felt that was a little unprofessional since he is my regular dentist. more
