Consistent, top-notch service 4/8/2021

I have had a service contract with Mack Morris for many years, and the company installed all three of our current HVAC systems. Their technicians are consistently polite, friendly, and professional; they show up on time and do their work efficiently. Toby C. is the current technician who works on our units, and he is a pleasure to deal with. Crystal, the office manager, is also very responsive and helpful for routine scheduling or addressing an unusual problem. If you're looking for excellent service, I highly recommend Mack Morris. more

Mac Morris provides excellent service 7/10/2020

Mac Morris is my furnace & AC service provider. Caleb, technician, was at my house this week to check inside the house (furnace), and outside, AC. He changed the furnace filter and flushed out a drain. Caleb was polite, wore his Covid mask, & covered his shoes before stepping into my home. Cindy, the receptionist called me the day before service to make sure I would be home & as a courtesy. Mac Morris has been my heat & AC provider for several years. I trust this company. more

Complete HVAC and duct work replacement 3/20/2020

Reasonably prices, started Tuesday, finished Friday. Everything works well. Answered all my questions and kept us informed every step of the way. I will hire again and I would recommend to a friend or family member. more

installation 10/25/2019

david and giordi were both on time and very professional. they performed installation of new heat pump . they were very fast and considerate of any questions we had . after they were done they cleaned up all there mess and left things as they found them david was sure to go over everything with me before he left and answered all questions I had excellent job more

Twice a year tune up 9/17/2019

We have a twice a year tune up for our HVAC with Mac Morris. They kept me informed when the technician would be arriving. Caleb was thorough, knowledgeable and polite. Keep up the great work!! more
