You are in a ride for your life!
To anyone that's had a bad experience with any car dealership service department should consider the Mac Haik Ford Lincoln service department. From day one, this dealership service department and my service advisor Jason Norman and Service Supervisor Sandy have treated me as if I am a first time customer each and every time I walk into the service department. I've had brakes installed on my Lincoln Navigator, misc. items worked on and I have a monthly oil change (I drive 5000 to 6000 miles every month) done on my vehicle. I moved here from Ohio 3 years ago and used to work for a #1 Ford dealership in Northern Ohio for a number of years as a sales person and I didn't receive this type of service from my own service fellow workers. Jason and Sandy along with anyone I've come in contact with at this dealership are truly service minded and are there to take care of the customers needs in a very timely fashion.
