I am so pleased with Michael Varisco. I was looking for an affordable divorce lawyer to deal with my P.O.S. spouse. I fired my previous lawyer and was very impressed with how much attention Mike gave me. He is an Orange County divorce lawyer but my case is in L.A. but he already had an existing rapport with this judge. He worked with my spouse's attorney and we ended up with a settlement agreement THAT DAY at court! It saved me a lot of time and money. So, Mike deserves a good review for his work. No regrets. Best Orange County Lawyer 11/3/2011

I really want to thank Mike for processing and completing my divorce. I was referred to him by my friend. I was looking for the best Orange County attorney I could find. I went to several attorneys and was less than impressed, but mike was very sincere and his fees were good. Mike was always professional and courtious with me. When I emailed him, he got back to me promptly. He treated me like I was his only client. When he went to court, he met me there, prepped me, and was agressive in gaining me a lot of custody of my son. He also provided a lot of good advice and I felt like he treated me like a close brother. I feel I have made a good friend in Mike. I hired Mike V. based on the reviews I found online, and having just finished my divorce this week, I couldn't be more happy with his services up to and including trial. Mike has a empathetic attitude with his clients, and after working together for a year, I feel we made a great team. I made sure to get him the information and documents needed to support my case and he executed on my behalf during the trial. Reliable, affordable attorney 7/27/2011

There are just not enough good things to say about this attorney. I needed an affordable OC family law lawyer to complete my divorce and custody case and was fortunate to find Mike Varisco. His initial retainer and hourly rate were very fair. He didn't nickle and dime me like my former attorney had. He always returned my calls and emails promptly and even took my emergency calls on the weekend when I had a situation with my ex. Without his guidance, I probably would not have majority custody of my son. You will not be disappointed with the level of personal service you receive from MJV Law. more

Mike Varisco has gone above and beyond for me from the moment I called him to inquire about doing a bankruptcy. He has counseled me and kept in touch with me through the whole process as well as "going outside the box" with some of the situations that have occurred outside my BK. Best Attorney Ever! 1/3/2011

I was in financial dire straights and didn't know what to do and my friend suggested I file bankruptcy like she had done a few months prior. I was referred to Mr. Varisco by her because he had done an excellent job from start to finish. Boy was she right! From the very first phone call to the discharge of my debts, he handled everything in a very professional, expedient manner. I had an appointment with him 2 days after I first spoke to him and my petition was filed in a very timely manner. Bankruptcy is not a fun thing to go through but Mr. Varisco made it much less painful. more

A lawyer that's actually honest 2/15/2010

I hired Mike after seeing all the raving reviews online on various sites. I have to say, they are all true! He is a caring attorney who will take the time to explain everything, present your options and let me decide what route to take next. Throughout my divorce and bankruptcy Mike was always reachable and even provided me his personal cellular phone number- who does that!? Very Good Attorney!! 10/12/2009

I can't say thank you enough to Mr. Varisco. I referred him to my brother for a bankruptcy. My bro had excessive tax debt and medical bills and a few lawyers told me that the tax debt cannot be wiped out in a BK. That is not the case. I spoke to Mr. Varisco and he had no problem filing the BK and wiping out all of the debts. I also referred him to my friend who needed an uncontested divorce completed. She is very happy with his services. His fees were very affordable and he gave my brother a free 30 minute bankruptcy consultation. Pros: Knowledgable and Honest more

Top Rated Attorney!!! 9/25/2009

I am so delighted and thank God for sending Mike to me. He really saved me in my debt nightmare. I had a wage garnishment by a very harassing creditor at my work. My work received the garnishment and it was to be posted today against my wages. I called Mike about it. He invited me to his office for a free consult on a bankruptcy a week prior. I hired him. His fees are VERY AFFORDABLE and he was able to file the bankruptcy and stop the garnishment. Thanks so much to his work. I am looking toward the completion of my bankruptcy with Mr. Varisco. I had a good experience with mr varisco! 9/24/2009

Mr. Varisco just finished my family law case I hired and retained him for last year. The communication from day one was excellent. The fees were quite reasonable. Mike answered all my questions, gave me scenerios of what to expect and let me make the decisions as to which route to pursue. It was never difficult getting him on the phone, unlike past attorneys. Outstanding Customer Serivce! 3/31/2009

I contacted Mike late last year to handle my divorce and bankruptcy... the divorce is ongoing but the bankruptcy is complete and I gotta tell you, Mike is such a caring attorney and did a great job on my bk.
