I cannot thank Mike Varisco enough for helping me with my legal problems. I had a nasty child custody case I was handling on my own. I was kinda screwing up the case myself. When I brought Mike on he resolved it completely in my favor. What i liked best about his services is that he helped to mediate the case to a resolution in my favor. The other attorney just wanted to fight, but Mike encouraged her to have a four-way meeting at his office where we actually got the case settled. It was truly in the best interest of my kids. Mike is on top of his game! I had to fire my previous attorney who wasn't returning my calls or emails; I fired him mid way through a civil litigation suit. I was referred to Mike Varisco and was told he is the best. Mike discovered right away the suit was filed in the wrong venue by my previous council not to mention the incorrect forms were used. Within a few days Mike canceled the other court case and drew up the new suit in the correct venue, superior court. Mike looked through my contract and performed extensive research on contract law and discovered I was defrauded and eligible to rescind my contract entirely. And I was entitled to countersue the other party for damages and legal expenses. To summarize, my last attorney was going to go after $12k and Mike got my $155k back, rescinded the original contract, plus attorney fees . We went through two attorneys before we met up with Mike. Mike was a referral from our neighbor who used him for his mother's probate case. We needed Mike for my dad's probate of his estate. I was impressed with mike because he was very honets with us from the get go! Both prior attorneys were doign nothign and keeping the case going costing us more money. It was a hard choice for us to file bankruptcy earlier this year and nothing has been more humbling for our family.
