i visited minx on the friday before mothers day, and had such a pleasurable experience that i brought my mom and the rest of my family for mothers day brunch the following sunday. For starters, the place was beautiful, and the music that was being played set a really relaxing chill after work vibe. I posted myself at the bar waiting for a few of my friends to show up and was immediatly greeted by a sharp looking bartender(by the way the entire staff was veryyyy kind on the eyes)I explained to him that it was my first time there and for him to make me anything he liked, he made me a mango mojito, and then another, and another lol. It was really good, and the price was too good to be true, since it was happy hour the drink was only 5 dollars. After throwing back a few of those mojitos and after my friends joinced me we decided to order some happy hour food. We ordered the surf and turf quesadilla, and yes it tasted as good as it sounds, it had filet and lobster in there yummmmmm. and we also ordered the mini kobe burgers, i believe those should also speak for themselves, they were sooo juicy and perfectly sized, with a amazing suace on them. I would suggest Minx to anyone looking for a beautiful and clean venue to have food and drinks. OH i almost forgot the sunday brunch, i normally dont frequent too many brunches becuase i usually leave disappointed, so i usually go to ones that i know are going to be amazing i.e the Ritz Carlton and other 5 star hotels, but minx had left such a lasting impression on me that i decided to give it a shot. It turns out u can get delicious brunch outside of a major luxury hotel. they were offering anything u could think of, sushi, pasta bar, omlette bar, all kinds of delicious italian deli meats and various cheeses, and the service was great too, my old plate would always be off the table when i returned from the buffet, along with a new set of silverware and a topped off mimosa. :) :) :)
Pros: HAPPY HOUR!!!, BRUNCH, NICE STAFF
Cons: none to speak of
