I recently attended a private event at Minx Restaurant and let me just say, ?WOW!? First off the actual restaurant is beautiful! Vibrant colors, spacious with a hip upscale feel. The food was served in a combination of passed and stationed hors d'oeuvres. My favorite item was the fresh Bay Scallop with Garlic. Yummy! The presentation was great and all the food was creative and full of flavor. I grabbed menus to go and plan on trying out their new Sunday Brunch. I heard the new executive Chef Martinez has really put some scrumptious treats together for it.
