I was very excited to try out this new place. I had been planning the evening for weeks with their bottle service rep. for my husbands birthday party. We had dinner and the food was great. Once our guests started arriving, the problems started!!! They were not keeping good tally on my list and started turning my guests away saying that I had used all of my free passes. This was not true and I asked to speak to the manager. The Asian guy came to talk to me and was very arguementative and made me feel like I was lying! I spent most of my evening outside fighting with this guy! They had no order and just wanted to charge everyone. When he finally admitted that my guests should not have been charged, he said they could not reimburse me! They have extremely bad internal management and the guy at one door doesn't know what the girl at that back door is doing, so they counted us twice on the list. They take the time to ask for a detailed list of your guests, but they don't even use it! They just count bodies. When it was time for the bill, i was promised that I would only have to pay a 15% gratuity and it ended up being 20%. With the money we were spending, this made a huge difference. The music was not up to date and it just seems like they lure people in with the looks of the place, but ultimately they are just packing cattle and counting the money. They do not care about retention at all. I emailed the bottle service manager who pretended to be my friend at the begining because of similarities in ethnic background, and he never returned my email. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. I was embarassed with my friends. If you are going to even think about planning any event there, go visit first. That is what I should have done.
