I searched on the internet for the car I wanted. An ice blue Mini convertable at Mini of Ontario. A friend of mine had just bought a Clubman and I thought it was really cool, so he told me who to talk to. Matthew was my guy, and he treated me with such courtesy. Had a good knowledge of the car and answered all of my questions. Was expecting the old song and dance of most car dealers. I got none. Told em what I wanted, and got it. End of story. Special mention to Doug. You're awesum! I rarely give 5 stars. Thanks M.o.O. more

I've bought many cars over the years, and I fully expected to still have to haggle when I got there. 2 hours later, I was driving off, no haggling at all! This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. more

We Love MINI of Ontario!! They really Love the MINIs as much as we do. From the Service Dept. where they actually try to fix it and make the MINI like new and even like us too, to the Parts Dept where they not only know what we are talking about, they like researching for the new and rare parts too!! and the Sales Dept is full of cool Motoring Advisors that love the MINI brand and really make purchasing a refreshingly fun experiance! Everyone at MoO goes above and beyond evey time, even when it is not needed. More MoO employees drive MINIs than any other dealer we have been and it shows! They need to come on runs more often with the MoO MINI Clubman S!!!! and Mugsy, what a cool dog! more

I like the service crew. They called me by name and shared the details of the part failure. Even took me out into the shop to view the problem. The work took longer than I would have liked but it was not due to the shop. You cannot stock every single part. We will be back. more

Everyone has been a pleasure to work with. It was nice to feel welcomed and not pressured at all during the process. Where my husband was sold, I needed some time to really feel comfortable with the decision and they allowed me to do that. Since then, I have been amazed by what a conversational piece the car has been. more

Worst MINI Service shop 3/26/2011

Worst MINI service place I ever been to, Ontario MINI is close to my work, so I thought I would give a try, made a appointment, lady was nice on the phone, asked to book a loaner car, told will do.\r \r So I went to the service, and no one was bother to ask me or to check in for me after 5 mints, and then I start to find a lady and ask where the service guy is? She called, some guy showed up a mints, didn’t even say sorry, what a shame.\r \r So I told them my car service light is on, and they did their normal check up around the car, and told me if I want to wait or come back, so I told the guy I requested a loaner car, the guys is like, oh, all of our loaner car has been already been taken by other customer, (I saw one just outside), I told the guy, hey look, there is a loaner car park outside, and I booked a week early, and he is like, sorry, that car is for another customer that need for over night, I can ask someone to take you to somewhere if you need. What a shame customer service.\r \r I had them take me to work, and afternoon, got a call, said car is ready, and they come to pick me up, and I drove car back home, and next day, I noticed my Bluetooth not working, so I call them, and the first thing they asked was “are you sure you have a Bluetooth”, I almost said the F word, of course, I had to drive back, and they found out their tech forgot to hook back up the Bluetooth wire.\r \r Worst MINI service I ever see, DON”T use them, go somewhere else, don’t let them break down you love mini!! (after your free 3 year service, go somewhere else, don’t shop from them, big mistake)\r more
