I live in Pomona so every time I have gone to Ontario I have seen this dealership, Came in and they care about what you want and they are not pushy.

Worst MINI service place I ever been to, Ontario MINI is close to my work, so I thought I would give a try, made a appointment, lady was nice on the phone, asked to book a loaner ...

I like the service crew. They called me by name and shared the details of the part failure. Even took me out into the shop to view the problem. \r \r The work took longer than I would have liked but it was not due to the shop.
