The Manager on duty saved the day! 1/30/2014

This was my first visit to Lynnwood Honda. The service assistant was very friendly, but did not communicate the situation clearly. After being there for more than 4 hours for an oil change and check engine light diagnosis I finally sought assistance from the on duty manager who swiftly took over and handled the issue. This manager not only efficiently handled business, but it was also 100% clear, that she cared. She was very warm and understood my frustration. Because of her this trip turned into a rating of a 4 (not a 5 only because there was a problem) instead of a 1. You've got a great asset working for you! more

Was happy with service, personal, and timing. Am concerned about noise coming from car when heater is turned on. Sounds like something caught in the fan. Have not had the time to call or take car back. more

Lynnwood Honda is excellent 1/16/2014

We have been dealing with Lynnwood Honda for about 16 years now. Our Accord has nearly 220,000 miles on it and still going strong! The Civic Hybrid has 31,000 completely trouble free miles on it. It has had no manufacturing defects, and has not exhibited a single problem in those miles. Mileage (of course) is excellent, car is a dream to drive and is exceptionally comfortable. From the car salesmen to the service department, these people are top notch and so are Honda cars! more

Almost 5 star - but just 4 this time 1/16/2014

This visit was good except for the fact that when the oil was changed the display was not reset at 100% life remaining. Now I need to go back or get instructions on how to reset. more
