I was disappointed that my car was not ready when expected. I was in for a 90,000 mile service - brought the car in at 9:30 and expected it back by 3:30. I received a call in the early afternoon saying the car would not be ready until the next day. I was offered a free rental car but it took a very long time to process the paperwork and get me on my way. I was given a 10% discount, which was offered at the time of check-in, which I appreciated, but I wasn't happy about the inconvenience of not having my car back in time. more

Great Service 4/10/2014

My first Oil Change and Service with my New Car at Lynnwood Honda. I am a hands on person and I wanted to see the old oil drained and the under carriage of my car. I was taken me back and was allowed to stay with my car for as long as I wanted see it on the lift. The service personnel answered all my questions. more

I have always had a pretty good experience with service here. Fast efficient and I love the complimentary wash and vac. I wish there was a complimentary vehicle available for use when I leave my car here...or at least a shuttle service. more

Martin Made The Visit A Joy 4/9/2014

The facility is terrific, the service always top notch, but it's Martin who made the day perfect. I talked with him the Friday prior to my visit and it felt like talking with family - he was as concerned about the service as I was! And then when another issue arose, he explained it to me, with pictures, and we moved on. The work was done early, and for less than quoted. How could I not love Martin, and Lynnwood Honda? more

Good Turnaround 4/9/2014

Had my vehicle in for a warranty repair. It was fixed earlier than anticipated. Odd thing though: if they had to do an inspection ($100 value) to confirm the issue, why didn't they look at EVERYTHING? That seems a bit much for a double-check. Also, I guess a free wash and vacuum isn't really much in real life, just a quick clean of front mats and a rinse without soap. Besides the two particulars, they did a great job. more
