This was my first visit to Lynnwood Honda. The service assistant was very friendly, but did not communicate the situation clearly. After being there for more than 4 hours for an oil change and check engine light diagnosis I finally sought assistance from the on duty manager who swiftly took over and handled the issue. This manager not only efficiently handled business, but it was also 100% clear, that she cared. She was very warm and understood my frustration. Because of her this trip turned into a rating of a 4 (not a 5 only because there was a problem) instead of a 1. You've got a great asset working for you!
