The only thing that borthered me is the service they have to make appointments. The woman did not seem to answer some very basic questions intelligently. The service for my car was very good. more

Glenn Dubin is the epitome of customer service, the staff of greeters, and the ride service is top notch. I DID NOT APPRECIATE being called @ home after 7pm for a "brief surgery"....don't do that again. more

I have been taking my Civic to Lynnwood Honda since I bought in 2001. The service department is incredible. I highly recommend them. No worries about a bunch of unnecessary work; these folks watch out for you. No worries about the car staying in top shape; these folks keep everything running to factory specs. This is a very busy Honda facility. Because of that I went online to see what was available & my chat experience was great & so helpful. I was able to schedule a test drive with the car I chose to buy. The sales rep. was a little over exuberant but we talked things out. My auto consultant took things from there and worked through the financing and purchase agreement paperwork as well as car delivery. Ashley listened to my needs, and the new needs about by Honda, explained and got me a shuttle ride home. Vic picked me up promptly when I called to let him know the car was ready for me to pick up. Ashley explained what was done and looked for a new back for my key fob which is wearing out. more

Taken Care Of 2/24/2014

I came in for a routine oil change w/ car wash. That service went as expected - no surprises there. I went out to my car to go home and I noticed that my driver side mirror was sagging. I rolled my window down to investigate and realized that it was cracked all the way through. I went back inside to tell the service rep about what looked like a broken side mirror caused by Honda. The service manager (Rich?) went out to look at it and he determined that the mirror was probably already cracked and the car wash brush finished it off. Instead of charging me full price for the mirror + labor, he said he'd split the costs with me 50/50. I'm sure he didn't have to do anything for me so I really appreciated the fact that he went out of his way to make me feel taken care of. more
