Review content:
I came in for a routine oil change w/ car wash. That service went as expected - no surprises there. I went out to my car to go home and I noticed that my driver side mirror was sagging. I rolled my window down to investigate and realized that it was cracked all the way through. I went back inside to tell the service rep about what looked like a broken side mirror caused by Honda. The service manager (Rich?) went out to look at it and he determined that the mirror was probably already cracked and the car wash brush finished it off. Instead of charging me full price for the mirror + labor, he said he'd split the costs with me 50/50. I'm sure he didn't have to do anything for me so I really appreciated the fact that he went out of his way to make me feel taken care of.
