Good service but you can do better 4/9/2014

I talked to the service person about this: please mark in RED or another bright color that a customer is waiting. It was overlooked on the write up, and I waited an extra 40 minutes because a message was left on my home phone that I could pick up my car, and I was in the waiting room! He apologized and sent me a coupon towards my next service. A careless mistake and wasted time but not the end of the world! more

Ashley is the best! 4/9/2014

Was in for a routine tuneup. Got the usual excellent service. My car was done 30 minutes earlier than quoted - yay! But Ashley went over and above - I was in the waiting lounge and the tv was on a channel that was irritating me. I couldn't find the remote. Ashley took the time to look for it for me, then took the time to ask someone about it (it was permanently lost), and then gave me a small "sorry about the lost remote" discount on my bill. Very sweet! more

Very thorough and on time. 4/5/2014

The team at Lynnwood Honda always makes sure to ask if I have any specific problems or concerns with my vehicle and are very thorough in checking my vehicle and doing the work that is needed. This last visit my SRS light was on and it turned out there was a failure in the locking mechanism of the driver's side seat belt - which was thankfully under warranty - and they fixed while I was there. I am always pleased with the courtesy and knowledge of the people working at Lynnwood Honda. more

everyone was friendly and efficient in getting the service completed. Vehicle was ready 3 hours before promised. the was an overnight visit and a loaner was provided. more

Friendly fast and great service 3/20/2014

I went in for my regular oil change. They got me in and out promptly. They looked over a check list of other items and honestly told me they all looked great. And they washed my car. Brilliant. more

Stupid misc charge 3/20/2014

Generally the service was fine. I paid for a routine B service and had front break pads replace and rotors reserviced on my 2010 odyssey. On my invoice a $9.96 charge in misc for Shop Supplies (clean up rags according to the cashier). Seems stupid for me to pay for rags after the hundreds I paid on repairs and for the Service Advisor to to explain it to me. Check your invoice carefully at Lynnwood Honda more
