Was in for a routine tuneup. Got the usual excellent service. My car was done 30 minutes earlier than quoted - yay! But Ashley went over and above - I was in the waiting lounge and the tv was on a channel that was irritating me. I couldn't find the remote. Ashley took the time to look for it for me, then took the time to ask someone about it (it was permanently lost), and then gave me a small "sorry about the lost remote" discount on my bill. Very sweet!
