I was disappointed that my car was not ready when expected. I was in for a 90,000 mile service - brought the car in at 9:30 and expected it back by 3:30. I received a call in the early afternoon saying the car would not be ready until the next day. I was offered a free rental car but it took a very long time to process the paperwork and get me on my way. I was given a 10% discount, which was offered at the time of check-in, which I appreciated, but I wasn't happy about the inconvenience of not having my car back in time.
