Hair cut with Claire 1/23/2012

I had a great experience with Claire. She is very knowledgeable about technique and helped explain how I can achieve the same look with a few tricks. I am very happy with my hair cut and have received many compliments. Lastly, Claire is very easy to talk to and made the overall experience very enjoyable. more

Salon is a very professional salon. The entire staff is very friendly and welcoming. The environment is very hip and they provide extra services like head, neck and shoulder massages and tea or coffee. Highly recommended!!! more

I've been to one other Aveda Salon (Irvine) several years ago, but this was my first visit to the Fullerton salon. Claire was great. Excellent massage, cut, conversation. I'll be back. more

Kim Marquez and CC are both amazing and the staff always answers all of my questions. The receptionist(s) are super-helpful too. It's a relaxing place to be and I highly recommend the salon and Aveda products! I have been going for around 5 years, left for a short time to experiment with my curly hair and I am happily back again. more

I came in for highlights and a trim on the Groupon. The cut was very uneven and had to be corrected, and the highlights were none existent because the toner flattened the color. I had my hair cleansed twice to lighten it, to a nice color, but I still don't have highlights. The service was friendly and they tried their best. more

Kim and Tabitha did a GREAT job! And I loved the packaged sets that you have for the holidays. Bought my usual hair products, plus Phomollient, and the nail polish set: very cute. (Only thing I'd improve on Aveda nail polish is to make it THICKER.) Thank you. more
