I came in for highlights and a trim on the Groupon. The cut was very uneven and had to be corrected, and the highlights were none existent because the toner flattened the color. I had my hair cleansed twice to lighten it, to a nice color, but I still don't have highlights. The service was friendly and they tried their best.
