Got a haircut with Kim Marquez today- love her. They always treat me like a king at Lux, from the beverage upon entering to the much needed and enjoyed shoulder rub to the rinse afterward to get the loose hair out. It's always a joy chatting with Kim as my whole family has been going to her for years! more

Haircut/ color 8-6-11 8/7/2011

I always have a great experience when I go to Lux Aveda Fullerton. Everyone is very friendly. This time was no different, was greeted with a smile, offerred something to drink, they even take my purse to the station when I go put a robe on. Super nice. Kim M is just awesome.I love my color / cut!!! Awesome!!!! more

Great Service But Checkout Needs Work 8/1/2011

My massage with Mike was wonderful as always, he's been incredibly helpful. But when I was checking out, I had paid and was about to book my next series of massages when someone came in to purchase something, and the girl went ahead and helped her and left me standing there waiting. Good thing I wasn't in a hurry! more

i had cut&color with kim l. and a manicure with kim g. both provided a wonderful experience. for this reason, i have been a client at lux salon for 5 years, since i first moved to fullerton. in fact, i spotted this salon before i spotted my current residence! more

I was very happy with the service I received but was surprised when the Shellac manicure started to come off almost immediately. As of today the shellac manicure has already peeled off on 5 of my fingers. more
