Charles knew exactly what to do with my problem of not being able to completely shut off the water from the bathtub faucet. He explained 2 ways to solve the problem and worked steadily doing the work the way I chose. He was also able to answer questions that were raised about other plumbing issues. He will be returning tomorrow to install a pressure regulation valve.
