Shawn W. has been my technician for a service call on my air conditioner, in July, 2018, and also for a routine annual inspection on my HVAC, August 20, 2018. At both times, he demonstrated exceptional knowledge, professionalism and integrity. He was clear and concise in his diagnoses of my air conditioning issues, and made only the necessary repairs, with a 100% accuracy. Whole house repipe 7/8/2018

Great service Chris explained everything in detail and took a photo of our really bad pipes. He worked wonders and took all the the old ugly past their prime pipes when he left. He left our home clean and gave us peace of mind we have a 10 year warrenty. Great service more

Brandon arrived as scheduled. He performed his electrical work efficiently and in a very professional manner. He consulted with me and offered helpful suggestions concerning appearance, location and function of lighting and receptacle design. He easily accommodated minor changes required to improve the function of the overall Kitchen modifications and Great Room lighting. He cleaned up and removed all debris created by the work and left the site in good condition for future work associated with our overall kitchen renovation. We were very satisfied with the thoroughness and quality of his work and would recommend Love for future work. more

Fast, friendly and funny 6/20/2018

Jacob and Cody installed new plumbing fixtures for me and did an excellent job. Very neat and clean. They both wore booties in the house. Jacob had good, useful advice on my future plumbing needs. I have more work coming up as I renovate my house a room at a time. I would have them both back. Both had great personalities, were funny and friendly and made the whole experience a pleasure. more

Paul S. dild a great job 10/27/2017

Paul S. did a good job with our "small" leak in a pipe--but the pipe was in a wall (fortunately under a sink). It took him hours to repair, but he kept at it and it is repaired. Only one negative: the wall was "repaired" with black duck tape. more

Zack shows us the Lover! 10/11/2017

I discovered the upstairs thermostat was blank on the face and unit was not running. Called Love for help and Zack was at our door in 20 minutes. He went right to work, found the problem and had us up and running in 45 minutes. He continuously kept me informed as he progressed and was very polite and professional. more

No time like the present 9/16/2017

Branden M came to our house at my request so we could get an estimate on the cost to set up a dedicated breaker for our upstairs heat pump. Branden come in and went right to work and gave us an estimate within the hour. With the valued customer discounts we were entitled to the price fight our budget and I agreed to have the work done and when I asked how soon Branden said he was here so why not now and an hour later we were fully operational. We really appreciate both Branden and Love Plombing Air and HVAC. more

Basement pump not working 9/13/2017

Would like to say thanks to Ryan. He came out Monday morning, Hurricane Irma Monday no less, and repaired our basement pump. He was knowledgeable and did a great job. He had us up and running and was very considerate of our time. I would, and have, recommend Ryan and Love Plumbing Air and Electric . more
